1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to place wagers to use PrimeWager.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits are credited only after admin confirmation. Withdrawals are subject to admin review and typically settle within 3–6 business days.

4. Bets

All bets are final once accepted. Bet results are determined by official sources and may be adjusted for scoring errors.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts we suspect of abuse.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrimeWager is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses incurred while using the platform to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of PrimeWager constitutes acceptance of any changes.
